> Height/Weight: 5'6" (and a half!), 135 lbs (jacked) 

> Cheesehead: Born/Breed in Milwaukee (i.e. "Milleeewaaakay", yah der).

> Wis high school state champs: track (1991) and hockey (1992)

> Connecticut College: Class of 1996, History and Studio Art 

> Conn College track: ran a 1'58" in the 800, once.

> Conn College hockey, lacrosse & soccer: practice dummy. 

> Professional Racecar driver: 1997-2001.  SCCA and Grand Am pro licenses.   Career winnings: $2200(!)  Career losings: uncalculatable.

> Marathons: 2hr 52 minutes at the San Diego Marathon in 1997.

> Cycling: Won tires in the first group sprint during the 2003 WI Criterium State Championships (2 tires!!) 

> Family: 1 Awesome wife, 1 cute kid, 1 disrespectful dog, 2 crazy cats.
